Withdrawal Policy

Product Replacement Policy

Replacement for Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are entitled to request the replacement of the product within 5 days from the date of receipt. Dophix sas commits to replace such items at its own expense, including the shipping costs for the return of the defective product and the sending of the replacement.
